Old McClellan US Army Cavalry Saddle and Accessories

Very old US Cavalry McClellan saddle and accessories including stirrups, straps, iron rings, brass buckles with old leather straps. Saddle is a 12 inch model, looks to have all its hardware, but is damage on the front right ( see pic ). I assume you may use for parts or restoration. Stirrups are nice, show wear, US emblem, and wood forms. Wood is damaged but intact. Most leather is a little supple, but no major dry rot. Lots of honest dirt and grime. Iron rings are rusty and some leather loops are torn. Not sure if anything is missing. Not pretty, but I have not cleaned it or touched it. Hope you can restore or use for parts.
