This auction is for an old banquet style parlor lamp made of some type of very heavy metal. I am not certain what the metal is but no magnet will stick to it. It has a black finish with hints of green. The bottom has three female figures resting on a pedestal. The upper part has a most unusual shade holder with a place for an inner chimney. Folks I have no idea what type of shade may have been on this lamp. I have included a pic with a shade just to give you an idea of what I believe the lamp is suppose to look like completed. The shade and chimney are not included in this auction. I have no idea who the maker is of this lamp or how old the lamp is. It is definitely not a new lamp but it has had some work. The on/off switch located on the base looks newer and the cord has been updated to a polarized end. The lamp has no chips or cracks but the finish is showing wear. It measures 26" to the chimney cup and with the added extra length of a ball shade and chimney will measure around 36-38" high. It is a very unusual looking lamp and because I have no information on it I make no claims as to its age or anything else. What you see in the pics is what you will receive.
