Both Navajo and Zuni Indians made line bracelets and because this one is unmarked I can not know for sure which tribe to attribute this too. The key to this bracelet, I think, is the stunning turquoise stones. They are oval shaped with rounded tops and have a wonderful tan spider web matrix. The color is a rich deep blue that my camera had a little trouble capturing but the photo's are pretty accurate. The matrix has that wispy effect like you would find in Stormy Mountain turquoise. The stones measure approximately 1" by 1/4" and stand almost 1/4 off the shank. The shank is 2 coroneted wires that are soldered together and a tap added to the terminals to keep it secure. This is a very well made bracelet. Each of the stones is wrapped at the base with twisted silver wire. Each stone is separately soldered to the shank which is great because if you are like me and have a smaller wrist, the stones wrap nicely making the bracelet very comfortable and beautiful on. I am sure many of you have experienced those bracelets that just stick out a bit beyond your writ. Well this one will conform perfectly even if it needs to be slightly adjusted. This again is another bracelet for a smaller wrist. The inside circumference measures 5-1/2" from end to end plus a 1" opening at it's smallest size. I was able to adjust it down from a 1-1/2" opening so that I could wear it so it will fit a wrist that is 6-1/2" to a size 7". This amazing bracelet is approximately 1" wide and 3-1/2" when measuring across all 5 stones. In excellent condition with absolutely no damage to the turquoise or silver, this is a great addition to anyone's collection or even wardrobe. I am sure the new owner will love it. FYI...
