This holster will fit a Colt Single Action perfectly. It has a great old, dark brown patina with some scratches and cuts. It is marked L.Q. Labauve, Roswell N.M. I do not know, how old it is or when this gentleman was in business in New Mexico. However, this is a great looking piece of western history and has been used quite a bit. Also you can see some kind of safety loop for the pistol hammer. This will make sure the gun is not lost on horseback or so. I will list some more holsters with cowboy history in the near future. It is for 4 and 3/4 or a 5 and1/2 barrel length.
