Offered for auction is this neat old vintage " TROXEL MFG. CO. " BICYCLE FENDER REFLECTOR with BRACKET . Purchased at an Estate Auction a couple of weeks ago right in Kansas. Made of chrome plated metal material with a red plastic reflector in the center. The Bezel / Bracket is curved as to fit the fender, with a 1/4" diameter hole on either upper side for mounting. Marked below the reflector; TROXEL MFG. CO. MOSCOW, TENN. U.S.A. . The red plastic Reflector measures 1 5/8" in diameter, and is marked; SAE-B63 STRATOLITE 52 . The chrome metal Bracket measures 2 3/4" in height, 3 5/8" in width, and approximately 2" deep . Condition, considering its age, is very good. Shows minor wear and soiling from use, storage and handling, with a few small bends to the sides of the bracket from previous mounting, areas of light rust on the inside of the bracket, and the as to be expected various light surface scratches, scuffs and a few tiny dings and t, but no chips, cracks, large dents or other damage that we can see.
