's a very old 26" balloontire bicycletoolbox hanging tank. I was told that it came from an earlySchwinn boys' bike. It's been sandblasted and primed. It has minor dents, all from the front fork rods hitting against it. Dimensions 21 3/4" x 2 1/2 " x 2 l/2". No rust holes or pits. Great item to color-match for that project bike you need to dress up. Sold as-is, with $10 S&H.
