But it isnt felt, on the inside you see the weaving, and maybe its hand woven lots of handstitching in a great, looking like unused, condition. lots of meters, with all the pleats so also great if you are looking for special fabric for a sewing project. one side has pleats they other side , I think the front, not. I folded it back as good as possible. its nice to have some more traditional skirts, in black and other colors, this time not from the South of Holland but from staporst PLEASE do NOT purchase and pay ECONOMY if you are not willing to wait on the items arrival.
