This is an antique sterling silver overlay briar pipe with a curved amber stem. It is signed WHITEHALL sterling. It measures about 5 inches long. The silve overlay has a cutout of a jockey on a racehorse. I am including in this auction a vintage syroco indian headdress pipe rest. Obviously the pipe and pipe rest are NOT a set, but the pipe does sit nicely on the rest. The pipe rest is about 4 1/2 inche long and 4 inches wide. It has a paper label ART SYROCO WOOD PRODUCTS. . This is a nice addition to your pipe collectibles. To ensure your satisfaction please email me prior to bidding with any questions.. Special notes:Most antiques have been lovingly used over the years so they generally are not in perfect condition. It is rare that one item never leaves the china cabinet or display shelf. I do list the imperfections as I see them so you can be as informed as possible and I never list an item as perfect as most items that have been used, and those that may be 100 years old are usually not. Be informed! Items are described as accurately as possible and are sold as is . Feel free to correct me if I am wrong. Also, although insurance is optional in most cases I do recommend it as I can't be responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail.Items are generally not refundable unless they are grossly inaccurately described so please be informed and ask questions prior to making your bid.. Please email me within 3 days of close of auction to confirm winning bid. Item will be relisted after 10 days if payment has not been received and no contact has been made by winning bidder. Good luck with your bidding and thanks for looking!!! Check out my other items !Be sure to add me to your favorites list !
