is the wonderful and beautiful TULIP BRAND pear crate label from Perham Fruit Corporation in Yakima, Washington State. Possibly one of the most beautiful crate labels ever produced. This label is from 1940 or earlier and is getting scarce. Millions of crate labels from thousands of growers were without much notice, hauled to the dumps and burned. Fortunately, a few of these very historical items survived and some have become sought after collectables. Many have been found in old sheds and storage buildings, some have been found w they were forgotten in printing businesses and some were taken home by the employees of growers and discovered years later. This is not a reprint or copy, but an original and genuine old label in PRISTINE mint condition. Size is 7 1/4" by 10" and is perfect for matting and framing. A very, very fine and attractive collectable. Great for restaurants, waiting rooms, dens, kitchens, businesses ect. A visible and genuine reminder of days long gone.
