Revol Huile d'Olive CruetBeautiful porcelain olive oil cruet, made in France by Revol. I believe this is an older, original cruet as it has a cork-based stainless steel spout and embossed logo on the bottom. I have seen newer ones with a printed logo and a plastic-based spout.This is in great condition and appears to have been un-used. Was probably used for decoration only. I can't find any evidence of oily residue. No chips, cracks, crazing or disturbance to the artwork.This bottle holds approx. 11 ounces, up to the rim. It stands 6.75" tall, not including the spout. With spout, it stands 8.5" tall. The bottom measures 2.25" across.Thanks for looking! Made of culinary porcelain, the bottle is glazed inside and outside. Keep olive oil longer by protecting it from the sun and the air. Porcelain is the perfect material for it as it is non porous so it won't absorb the oil, even after a long period of time. Use the pourer to adjust seasoning.
