Personal checks must be drawn on U.S. Banks . MEDIA MAIL is both a curse and a blessing. It is less expensive than Priority, and sometimes is not all that slow. On other occasions, and they are the exception Media can be terribly slow, so slow it will actually seem painful to you. If you need something by a specific date, do not use Media.
