Olympic Goldy 250 (Schaub-Lroenz) Tube AM/FM/SW German Table Radio Olympic Goldy 250 (Schaub-Lroenz) Tube AM/FM/SW Radio . Front panel and bezel are excellent - no chips or cracks. However there is a crack on the back side of the small volume knob. The case is decent but varnish is somewhat crazed. It powers on and the AM and FM work but there are problems. There is AC hum even with volume all way down, on AM there is extra hum and distortion when tuned to a station, on FM there is also some distortion. The tuning eye indicator lights up but it does not respond to being tuned in. The shortwave band does not seem to work at all. Thus is being sold for Parts or Repair Auction Wizard 2000 - The Complete Auction Management Software Solution
