Up for sale here is a motorising kit made by BACKWOODS MINIATURES. Kit contains all parts needed to turn an Athearn Ford 'A' truck into a powered Railtruck, along with the necessary diecast donor vehicle, an Athearn Ford 'A' truck. The foreground image in Photo 1 shows a completed and painted model built from the contents of the motorising kit. It is posed in front of a finished model which has been completed with the addition of the one-piece cab/hood required from the donor Athearn Ford 'A'. Photos 2 and 3 show front and rear views of the completed model, ready to go to work on any On30 layout. Note that the Kadee coupler pictured is not included in the kit. If the buyer wishes to fit a coupler, a Kadee no. 5 is recommended.
