The key to this selection of images can be found in the original print at the back of the book: all photographs are parts of one whole, a landscape photograph made by Shore at the Yosemite National Park in 1979. About the artist: Although this was Stephen Shore’s only contribution to the One Picture Book series, he is a prolific artist who has also created “Witness Number One” , a visual time capsule based on a new series and “American Beauty,” from the Observer Observed DVD series #19 , both published by The Joy of Giving Something, Inc. This Limited Edition was sold-out upon release from the Publisher due to the high demand for Shore's work. This book is issued as hardcover in AS NEW condition, and measures 5 ½ x 7 ½ inches, and contains 18 pages with 10 four-color plates, and ONE original print.
