OOAK 8" Polymer Clay Baby Doll Ebony by KBeckett Ebony is an 8" KBeckett One of a Kind Polymer clay creation. No, KBeckett isn't 8"-the doll is! She was created from my very own blend of ProSculpt Ethnic clay, ProSculpt Baby clay and Super Sculpey to achieve this lovely shade of skin tone. I find it quite a challange to find the right balance when working with ethnic clays so I hope little Ebony is easy on the eyes. :o) Speaking of eyes-Ebony has the most lovely golden brown glass eyes I've ever seen. And they sparkle so delightfully along with her pretty smile. Her lips and tonge and nails have been lightly glossed to appear dewy wet. She has been blushed with Genesis Heat Set paints and her skin has been buffed to appear baby smoothe. Her black mohair wig has been baked into the clay and has been cut and styled just for her. India's little body is a KBeckett specially designed sock that doubles as a onesie-filled with polypellets and polyfill with a wire inside for wonderful holdablility, poseability and funability. It is not removeable but she may easily be dressed in other a-doll-a-ble clothes. Surely you have some in just the right size tucked away in your closet. I made her little outfit, headband and matching pom-pom bear just for her. Ebony is my #175 sculpt and is numbered and initialed. Although there is a strong family resemblance in my little polymer creations, I can assure you-I NEVER use molds, nor do I copy my dolls. Each is as unique as you and I. They are all One of a Kind and will not be reproduced. So, if this little darling is calling you to peek in often, it may just be a sign that she needs to find her way home to you. Surely you have room in your heart and home for her-from my heart and hands to yours. Ebony promises to bring smiles to you every day and won't take up much room.
