OOAK Raven #4 Pony tail BarbieComes Dressed as shown in vintage #0874 Arabian Nights Please, scroll down for a BUNCH more pictures!!!! This doll is a genuine vintage #4 ponytail Barbie. She is not a reproduction. Her hair was completely gone, although she retained 100% of her original flocking and still does. I have rerooted her entirely. She has been scrubbed and cleaned. She has touch ups to her ONLY to her lips as the upper lip had a TINY rub. Also touch ups to her black lashes. I have added blush and some great smoky eye shadow to her to make her high color. She wears nylon coated wire post reproduction earrings. Her body had some issues. I will tell you the worst of her it right up front. Her right leg was completely severed at the hip. I have repaired it and it will NOT break away. I have had this doll in my collection for over 3 years now. That leg moves properly as it should and is smooth. You can see my repair in the photo of this hip below. It willnever been seen on a flying horse, so to speak. *oops! Now you know my roots because I just went all West Virginia on you! LOL!* She does have normal scratches from play / wear. Her arms and legs hold poses properly and tightly. Her stance is off to one side just a tad, but nothing horrible. She is indeed on the correct, solid #4 body and I guarantee it. She will arrive at your home wearing an authentic VINTAGE version of #0874 Arabian Nights. It is not mint and is not for a mint collector, but it displays nicely. The top has a replacement snap on the bottom hem in back, the skirt has a pull and about a 1/2" rip in the bottom *as shown in the pictures below* The gold around the edges of the sari is VERY VERRRYYY faint and is missing in most places. However, the color is nice and even and bright. No odd, splotchy fading in any area's. It's clean and pressed and quite displayable as you can well see in the pictures. NO ODD ODORS! Clean outfit!!! The necklace is ORIGINAL vintage to this outfit. The earrings, bracelet's, and booklet are all reproductions. The shoes are reproductions w/ added gold glitter. I am VERY particular about how my work leaves my hands so she will not just be wrapped in bubble wrap and chucked into a box. She will arrive at your home sweetly tucked in tissue and boxed in a doll box. ;) I require immediate payment using Buy It Now. Other payments are due within 3 days of close of auction.
