For auction is an Original WW2 14TH ARMY AIR FORCE "FLYING TIGERS" bullion patch on blue wool. Black Light & Burn Tested this fantastic looking piece is in fantastic shape considering the age of the patch. This bullion shows honest tainting on the bullion but the metal is still tightly woven with no flaws. This piece is not a modern day reproduction which you can see by its crude construction. A repro would be perfect! I believe this bullion to be Theater Made in the Pacific Theater during WW2. The "Flying Tigers" exploits in the Pacific Theater were legendary and this bullion patch would well represent the 14th Army Air Force in anyone's Military collection. GREAT PIECE FOR DISPLAY!
