ORIENT & FLUME JACK in the PULPIT signed IRIDESCENT VASE Fresh From a Fabulous South Florida Estate! No Reserve, Ever! Signed Orient & Flume Iridescent Pulled Feather Art Glass Jack in the Pulpit Vase. Stunningly executed with a strong Art Nouveau influence. Richly decorated with electrifying blues, royal purples, shimmering greens... Classic flared out open flap with pointed tip on on end, the other masterfully folded over in manner. Long slender elongated tubular stem over sloped rounded circular base. Veined iridescent pattern seen on the inside flap against a pulled featd ground on the opposite side. Elongated looped design work carried on along the stem and continuing to a uniform design around the bottom. Partially sunk in underside. Polished circular pontil. Spectacular work of art from a nationally acclaimed company noted for its excellence in design since 1972. Of noteworthy fact is that iridescence was first used in 1972 by Orient & Flume and The Lundberg Studios. Signed: Orient & Flume 1980 X 107.
