I have been collecting vintage watches and other antique items for the last 20 + years. Now I have decided to start selling some of the items from my collection. This auction is for a nice condition 80s Orient Watch. There is a quick set day/date at 3 o'clock position, day is displayed in both Arabic and English, movement is an automatic 21 jewels Orient japan, beautiful sea green Designier Dial, Bevelled crystal glass and a black strap. Please see photos for further details. The watch on sale is used but is in mint condition. it is difficult to find 1980s watch in this condition....I beleive can be an asset for collectors. I gave the watch the customary swing side to side to get it running and it ran well whilst I listed it and carried on after so I think it is fine. You might need help from a watch shop to set the day and date. Please Read before Bidding Please remember before buying any vintage watch one should know that these vintage watches sold were not in use for many years, therefore they sometimes take a few days to regularise their working system. We should never compare them with the modern day digital watches in any aspect specially the accurate time keeping capability. They can be used on daily basis but it is always advisable to use them on special occasions to keep their lustre and antique value intact. One
