>Offered here is an old and original 1950's/60's YALE UNIVERSITY football pennant !! Please see all six photos, as they are an important part of my description. This vintage pennant measures approximately 28" x 11 1/2" , and features block lettering along with a cool and very large Bulldog graphic, including the slogan "Beat'em Yale" . This vintage football pennant for the Yale Bulldogs features soft blue felt (feels more like a combed cotton), white felt trim and white graphics and text. The pennant also features a football graphic near the tip. Based on the style of the pennant, I believe it's from the 1950's/60's time period. History : Yale University is an Ivy League college in New Haven, Connecticut . Notable alumni include Bill Clinton, Jodie Foster, Walter Camp, Gary Trudeau and Frank Shorter . Condition : this classic vintage football pennant exhibits age/handling faults to include lettering/graphics cracks, creasing and small holes and color fading. With that being said, the pennant still displays nicely!
