This is a rare find indeed. It is an original little paper book entitled, "The Comic Almanack", 'edited by Horace Mayhew, Illustrated by George Cruikshank'. It was published by David Bogue, 86 Fleet Street (London), in 1848. The book comprises 128 pages, plus fly-leaves. It is in fragile condition, but all the pages are intact. Cruikshank was a famous caricaturist and illustrator, and a contemporary of Charles Dickens. Please ask any questions. It is a great piece!
