This is a very scarce Original 1896 John P. Lovell Arms Company, Boston Massachusetts Diamond Cycles Catalog. It comes with it's original Boston postmarked Mailing envelope. It measures 8 1/4 x 6 1/2 inches and has 38 pages. It covers their full line including "Lovell Diamond", "Lovel Special" and "Lovel Excel" Cycles. Also pictured and described is the New Lovell Sewing Machine and the Williams Typewriter. Bicycle models pictured and described in great detail are: Track Racer, Ladies Light Roadster, Diamond Frame Tandem, Light Roadster, Full Roadster, Combination Tandem, Ladies Special, Misses, Boys, Youths and Girls. The overall condition of the catalog is excellent.The binding is tight with minor fraying with no paper loss or cover/binding separation. The interior pages are spotless with no rips, tears, stains, paper loss or foxing anyw The Advertising mailer is also in excellent condition with just a minor tear in the upper center.
