From my Entertainment Memorabilia & vintage Menu collection, this highly sought-after vintage Brown Derby Dinner Menu , (c) 1947 . The cover shows a map of the several Brown Derby locations, including Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Los Feliz, the sight-seeing attractions in Los Angeles and the locations of the movie & television studios. The previous owner wrote some notes about her visit to the restaurant and dated it "3/2/53"/ on the outside of the menu (see photo 1 for details). Inside, the menu has no owner's notes, but she did remove the souvenir photograph. How about some Spaghetti Derby for dinner? ($1.60) or at the high end, Filet Mignon at $5. The back of this menu is plain, but has an very light brown smudge at the upper right. If you collect vintage Hollywood, The Brown Derby or vintage famous restaurants, here you go!
