An original 5 1/2" x 7 1/2" photograph of a Burial Scene - Dog Tags marking crosses - Official Signal Corps Photograph. Characteristics About This item: 1.Catalog Number: 1315-10 2. Condition of Item: The is in good condition - the right edge has a small hole on the top corner and t are a couple of small bends along the edge - please see image file. 3. Identification: T is no identification to the dead or the location. None of the men are wearing division patches so I'm guessing this is early in the war. Signal Corps USA and US Official are in the negative bottom left and center. 4. Other Information: A very sad scene of a burial party with a Chaplain reading and a group of men with hats in hand look down at the grave. On some of the crosses closet to the camera you can see dog tags attached to the crosses. The men around the grave have a good assortment of uniforms and equipment on. The image measures 5 1/2" x 7 1/2". The one soldier on the extreme right has his gas mask at the ready position. T is nothing written on the back of the image. Please visit our ebay store! 5.
