Nice old painting by Barchus from Oregon. . Frame measures 24 1/2 by 17 1/4" and canvas is 21 by 14". Eliza was a very famous artist who even won the Gold Medal at the 1905 Lewis & Clark Exposition in Portland Oregon in 1905. There are several old paper clippings attatched to the back about her, and her name is signed not on the front, but on the back of the canvas dissapearing under one edge of the stretcher as shown. There is a small scratched line at lower right with a couple little flecks off the paint, otherwise looks pretty good for it's age. Please ask any questions.
