Upfor sale is Green Lantern #1 from 1941. This is the Golden Age version. This particular comic is coverless, but otherwise 100% complete. The pages are off white to tan. They are still very supple, but do have some weak spots by the edges and spine. The book has a partial lower spine split of 2 inches. This split does not go through the whole book, only 25-33% of the comic is affected. From what I understand, high quality reproduction covers are available. Or if you have a Green Lantern #1 and it is missing a wrap-around, now is your chance to complete your comic. If you want this book and do not want to mortgage your house for a high grade version, this comic may be for you. The Overstreet lists this book at $2700 in Good. Since this comic book has no cover, I rate it as Poor. It’s still a key issue of the Golden Age and there are not a lot of these issues around in any grade. 12 photos should load, which should give you an idea of the condition of the comic.
