This is an original serigraph, "The Offshore Wind," by renowned Pacific Northwest artist Elton Bennett. The serigraph shows a fishing boat set against a mountainous Pacific Northwest shoreline with a large sailing ship in the background. Although Bennett's signature does not show well in the photographs, the serigraph is hand signed both in the lower left hand portion of the picture and the lower left hand margin of the serigraph (see picture 2).
