This is a rare hard to find brown (prior to 1955) right handed holster for the small Colt 1903/1908 pistol. Holster was issued to Generals along with the gun belt with eagle buckle and other items indictive of their rank. If you have a U S PROPERTY 32 or 380 (model M) this holster would certainly belong with that pistol. Most were never separated from the issue pistol and seldom show up for sale. Holster is very well made (rank has it privileges) out of soft leather. Condition is very good or better.
