Japanese WWII Dog Tag with Rare Type 91/97/99 Grenade Arming Key. Dog Tag is translated from Left to Right, No. 7 7, Company 2 9, Infantry 4 7 1 1, and on reverse has "O" for blood type. The key was used to Arm the Type 91/97/99 Grenades upon delivery from the Manufacturer to the field (see example) by screwing down the firing pin so that it protrudes from the base of the striker thus arming it. This is a beautiful set that has been together since WWII. Please ask for questions or for additional photos prior to auction ending. Thanks for looking.
