This no reserve auction is for an original Lionel 6810 Flat Car with Van in its original box. Lionel manufactured this car in 1958 only it was a component of only cataloged set 1601W. Please check out my other listings for the scarce empty 1601W set box, 2337 GP7 Engine, 6464-425 Box Car and 6017 Caboose that are ending within a few minutes of this auction. This piece has seen very little use during its lifetime. The white van with copper colored Cooper-Jarrett signage shows almost no wear. The flat car has all 4 steps and its brakewheel. The original Late Classic box has all end flaps, tuck flaps, and coupler protection flaps. One interior flap is missing on both ends. The areas between the end flaps and tuck flaps show some stress from the opening process but are still firmly attached. There is no writing, holes or tape repair on the box. Overall, this is a very nice piece to add to your collection. Please see the photos for additional descriptive detail. Buyer pays $8.50 for S&H. Some examples are a boxed 460P Piggyback Platform, boxed 3356-150 Horse Corral Platform, dealer and factory sealed items, as well as many pre and post war boxed sets. Most of my collection is Lionel with some Ives, American Flyer and other manufacturers represented. I do not have a collection list to share at this time. When practical, multiple items may be sent together to save on shipping costs. All items are carefully packed and typically shipped via UPS Ground (large packages) or USPS first class or priority mail (small packages and envelopes) within 3 business days after payment clears. I reserve the right to choose the delivery method, whether that be UPS, USPS Priority Mail, First Class or Parcel Post at my discretion. Shipping is not a profit center for me so if I overestimate the cost I will gladly refund the difference of any full dollar amounts. Payment via Paypal is expected within 3 days unless other arrangements have been made. eBay rules require you to inquire about alternative payment methods. TCA member are given special consideration.
