Original NCO/Mounted Eagle Buckle w/Patina I'm pleased to offer this great-looking rectangular brass eagle buckle with early narrow tongue. This buckle shows use/wear especially on the shield with great highlight/detail. These were worn by Non-COMs and mounted troops. Measures 3-3/8" across the front lengthwise. A very attractive specimen. This is part of a large 30+ year Civil War collection that I have the privilege of selling on consignment. I have over 28 years dealing in antiques but am by no means an expert on everything that comes through so please ask questions and/or for additional photos if needed.
