This is an original painting by the famous poster artist A.M. Cassandre. Done in oil, this is a maquette he made for an image of his that would appear in some large publication, such as Harper's or Fortune. It measures 20 x 23 1/4 inches (51 x 59 cm) and is framed. It dates from 1938 and is signed by the artist. As you can see from the image, there are some cracks in the paint that have come with age. Having been in the rare poster business over 40 years, we guarantee the authenticity of all of our items. And yes, we will ship internationally.
