A nice Sergio Roffo original painting for the 1995 F ederal duck stamp contest. He had previously won the 1994 Massachus etts contest. This submission as beautiful as it may be was not chosen as the winner. The overall size is 13 " by 16 ". The image v ie wable thru matte is 7 " x 10 ". The submission form is attached to the back. There is no signature viewable thru the glass. It is absolutely an original oil painting. Free Shipping includes insurance and signature confirmation by US Priority Mail. The only signature is on the top of the bio card on the back where it was gifted to a friend and signed by hand Sergio Roffo. There is a matte on the painting with glass raised above. If the front is signed it is under that matte. It was a Federal Duck stamp entry that was intended to be reproduced into a stamp if selected. I don't know if it would be signed. The entry slip is attached to the back. His style is very distinctive and I have no doubt that it is his work.
