These are very rare original OTB (Over the Beach) Abyss boots as used by Special Operations Forces combat divers and scout-swimmers, and specifically the Navy SEALs. The collector in the know, will understand what is for sale here. These boots are highly sort after and are priced accordingly. These boots have all the original packaging and are brand new, never worn, mint condition, collector grade. These are ideal to complete the GWOT era Navy SEALs, Special Forces (Green Berets), Ranger, and CCT/PJ combat diver or amphibious display or collection.OTB Boots was always known to introduce market-changing innovations into footwear categories void of upgrades or technical advancements. This was demonstrated in these OTB's original model of the OTB Abyss water boot that was developed in conjunction with the US Navy SEALs to meet the requirements high-risk maritime operations.These boots pre-date 2010 when OTB Boots was purchased by New Balance and then the re-launch 2017/18. The rights to OTB have passed through a few hands. Today there are many companies capitalizing on the OTB tag name but all are a far cry from the original designed by the founder and designer Dan Ellis of the original OTB Boots company.Designed and engineered at the request of the U.S. Navy Seals, the OTB Abyss takes on wet and dry terrain in the toughest conditions.
