Estate Sale Find Original Planters Peanuts Jar, NOT A REPRODUCTION! Up for auction is this beautiful example of the very popular Planters Peanuts Fish Bowl display jar. This is a very rare one in that it is in such great condition. The label has some wear but it is an example of the larger 5cent label as opposed to the smaller ones that came later. T are the usual scratches on the jar but they are not a problem and are difficult to see at all. T are not even any flea bites on the edge of the Jar lip. The finial Peanut lid is also in very good condition with only 1 minor flea bite and one chip(less that 1/2").(see Pictures) Jars stands 11" tall, 13" tall with lid on, 7" front to back and is 9 1/2" wide. The front side has the embossed lettering that says "Planters" on the base and also has the pebbled glass finish around the entire base of the jar. The bottom of the jar is embossed "Made In USA". T are also an air bubbles encase in the jar, a great judge of the age of the great item. This is a wonderful Planters Peanuts collectible.
