As part of a deceased estate I have the entire Sommerfield postcard and photographic archive to dispose of - some 3,700 items in total. This is a very good postcard sized photograph (it was arbirtary for Jack to use plain or postcard stock for printing) showing Farrar of Doncaster Fowler traction engine 14845. Like all photographs in this immense archive, this print was made by the archivist (Jack Somerfield) from the original negative and this is the only copy of this print in the archive. It has been suggested that image enhancement has occurred before listing but I assure buyers that scans were taken with an ordinary Epsom scanner on a photograph setting.
