Listed here is an original 1966 Remco Motorized Battery Operated " Lost In Space" Robot with working lights. This is the somewhat harder to find Red and Black version of the robot. Good Features about the robot, include a strong running motor, that moves the robot accross the floor very nicely, working lights, that come on, and then blink, steering wheel on base complete and working, spring loaded arms that work smoothly by the two control levers in the back, body swivels both left and right, and colors on robot ar still bright, and not faded, Flaws in the robot include a few common items found on these, such as one hand missing, slight warpage and seperation at seam, and missing bottom ring of the dome, small crack between small lights in the chest, tip of the on/off switch broken, but still works fine, one side sticker missing on base, and the little black bar that holds the batteries in is missing, but the original owner used a small piece of plastic to hold the batteries in, and it seams to work fine. Overall, a nice clean example of this toy, that any collector would be happy to own. Please bid high, or be in Danger! Danger! of not winning the auction for this Iconic Robot.
