Original Rock-Ola Hi-Fidelity Wall Box Juke Box This auction is for a used Original Rock-Ola Hi-Fitelity Wall Box Juke Box . This Rock-Ola Hi-Fidelity Wall Box Juke Box was made by MFG Corp, Chicago, IL. It was made in 1953 and hooks up to a variety of juke boxes. At the time it was used the cost per tune was 3 tunes for a quarter, or 1 tune for 1 dime or 2 nickels. This was a very loved machine, as it got a lot of play time, and one would notice the wear and tear of it. The metal is pitted, but some steel wool could fix that, and could be rechromed to get some life back into it. This juke box also has an adjustable wall/table bracket on the back to mount it either to a wall or a table. T are a few screws missing on the bracket, but I bet those could be replaced. T are song labels currently in it, which would be good for displaying purposes. The model # is 1546, the serial # is 50039, it is 24 volts, 60 cycles, and 35 max watts. The dimensions of the juke box are approximately 11 1/2" wide x 14 1/2" tall x 6 1/2" deep. T is no key to go with it and the cord is cut. But anyone with some good mechanical sense could get it working and hooked up to a juke box I would think. This would be a great addition to a nostalgic collection. Bid now to get rocking!!
