Iredell studied with Henry McCarter, Cecilia Beaux, Daniel Garber, Charles Grafly, Wm M. Chase, and at the PAFA. By 1922 he had settled in Los Angeles as a portrait painter of Hollywood celebrities and artistic director of the Hollywood Bowl. His illustrations appeared in national magazines. Iredell died in Los Angeles, CA on May 14, 1958.
