Greetings! You are bidding on one (1) Friedrich Wilhelm 1870 Iron Cross Commemorative Glass Candy Dish . This is a very unique original period piece most likely made in Germany. The Candy Dish features the following embossed designs: Two Iron Crosses: One dated 1813 and one dated 1870 The Date 1870 The Name Friedrich Wilhelm A raised makers mark. It's very hard to make out the mark but it looks to be a triangle with a ring a the top of it. There are letters within the triangle but I cannot make them out. The Candy Dish stands 4" Tall. The diameter is 5.5" with a base diameter of 3.25". This is a very unique item. The Candy Dish is in perfect condition with no chips or cracks. I am not sure of the exact date that this was manufactured. It could be from 1870 or around the WWI period. Maybe someone out there can help date it! Returns accepted after three day inspection. Item must be returned in same condition as received. Buyer pays return shipping costs. Bidding starts at .99! You won't be disappointed with this very unique Candy Dish.
