Original US WWI M1904 Officer's Trouser Belt, in a large size, in excellent condition. This example is actually a combination of original nickeled brass hardware--buckle and tip--and perfect replacement webbing in OD#3. The new webbing is not only sound and clean, but now enables a fit up to a 46" waist (like all US trouser belts issued over the last century, size can be adjusted by opening the buckle's integral catch and cutting off excess webbing). Buckle has been worn enough that its exterior surface is bright, with spots of age-darkening . It is stamped " Waterbury / Buckle Co. " on its chape's upper surface. It's near-impossible to find a WWI trouser belt which will fit a real modern guy, and officer s' trouser belts are scarce, so here's your chance--at a price less than Wal-Mart would charge for a Chicom Nauga import!
