DERBY SILVER CO. quadruple plate inkwellcut glass inkwellmarked 1727I got this at a yard sale in upstate New York more than 40 years agoit is tarnished and not polished....if desired it could be re-plated?the top is hinged to a removable porcelain lined lid the cut glass inkwell stunning.....I'm not sure of glass, but this may be brilliant no cracks, the rim is perfect, the beveled glass sides are perfect but there is a very slight chip to a bottom corner but hides under the stand rim the glass inkwell measures 1.5" cubed the stand rests on four little balls at it's widest the stand measure 5.5" across This will be shipped via priority mail.
