I am very proud to submit for your consideration this evening this ornate Frank W. Smith 5-tine sterling serving fork in the Earle pattern, produced in 1890. It measures 8 7/16" long, by 2 5/8" widest width, weighs a hefty 2.91 troy ounces, and appears to be in marvelous condition for its age, with surprisingly little surface wear from decades of use and polishings, and strong, crisp detail still present on the handle. T is a fancy letter "B" monogram on the underside of the handle (please see my bottom picture). This would make a splendid addition to any elegant table setting.
