VERY ORNATE VICTORIAN RIDGE SHEFFIELD SILVER PLATED THREE PART TEASET A fabulously designed teaset with each piece with bright cut engraved decoration to the wrythen curtained body. There are further engraved borders to the top of the teapot and to the tops of the sugar and creamer. The creamer and sugar are gold washed to the inners. The teapot is finished with an ebonised handle and knop. Set was made in Sheffield by Joseph Ridge & Company. There are only minor signs of wear to the gleaming silver cover to the teapot and creamer but the sugar has noticeable wear to both sides. The only structural fault is a repair to the upper of the handle of the teapot. Super on display despite the wear to the sugar basin.
