It is set a very good size 2 carat beautifully cut / faceted Amethyst stone and eighteen small white Diamonds! All the stones are real natural ones (NOT faux or glass like lesser quality jewellery!!), which have then been set in this beautiful tactile fully hallmarked Solid 9ct Gold mount. Please note that the photos simply do no justice to this wonderful item of vintage jewellery.
