This is an outstanding lot of Stanley planes. All have smooth soles and mouths. The totes and knobs on all three are excellent with no checks, splits or tool box dings. They have all been cleaned and are ready for work or resale. 1. Stanley (Bailey) No. 5 jack plane. Sole measures 2&1/2" x 14".It has a full length plane iron with the notched Stanley logo. Japanning is between 95% and 100%. It is in excellent shape. 2. Stanley (Bailey) No. 4 smooth plane. Sole measures 2&1/2" x 9&1/2". It has a full length plane iron with the Stanley notched logo. The lever cap has the Stanley notched logo with the orange background. Japanning is 99%. This is a beauty. 3. Stanley (Bailey) No. 3C smooth plane. Note that this has the corrugated bed. This one also has a full length plane iron with the Stanley notched logo. The sole measures 2&1/8" x 9". There are three patent dates behind the frog. Japanning is about 95%. This a beautiful No. 3 that is a most versatile plane.
