EXQUISITE VINTAGE KRAMER RHINESTONE DEMI! "THE DIAMOND LOOK" CIRCA 1948 NECKLACE, BRACELET AND CLIP-BACK EARRINGS we have a FAB-u-lous demi from 1948, still in its original box, prong-set and perfect. I see no dulled, damaged or missing stones. The silvertone metalwork with rhodium finish is in excellent condition with minor wear to the back, and all clasps and closures work perfectly. The Kramer company began business in the 1940's, and was a contemporary of Weiss, Regency, Eisenberg and other such costume jewelers of fine quality. They used superior quality Austrian stones with brilliant cuts and lovely sterling and rhodium finishes. Their prong-set stones are closely set, and closures durable and function well through the decades. we have a truly lovely demi-parure from their design series launched in 1948, "The Diamond Look". The turquoise-sea blue was a very popular shade during the post-WWII era in accessories as well as in decor. Still in its original satin-lined, beige velvet box (in excellent condition with a minor wear to the inside goldtone frame), the bold, three-dimensional demi featurea a necklace with shepherd's hook closure at just over 16" in length, a bracelet just shy of 7" with a hidden push-in box closure and 7/8" clipback earrings.
