I use this one in my bathrom above the vanity, it is PERFECT. This mirror is called the "oval half crown." It's absolutely lovely, a statement piece, the crowning jewel in your decor. It has so much brilliance and sparkle. Perfect for over your mantle, in a bedroom over a dresser, in a little girl's room, or as a bathroom vanity mirror, it is magnificent. I have shown a picture of my personal mirror that I am using above my vanity in my bathroom that has victorian wallpaper. This mirror is so versatile. I love placing such an elegant piece over a shabby or worn piece, the ultimate in shabby chic decorating. This mirror is just lovely, the crown is magnificent. This mirror is hand crafted, made with centuries old techniques from Venice, Italy. Silvery, but not silver, this flashing frame is created and beveled venetian glass - in fact, layers of etched and beveled venetian glass that flirt with the light. Each glass is cut, hand etched, and beveled by master craftsman. It is then polished and hand assembled with screws and floral rosette screw covers (a sign of quality venetian mirrors) to form this magnificent piece of art.
