Gray's Elegy [Octavo: 10" x 7.25". 1846, first illuminated edition, by Owen Jones.]Illustrated with 36 chromolithographic printed pagesBound by Remnant & Edmonds of London. Bound in a beautiful Relievo full leather binding with the title embossed on the front cover and bordered by ivy leaves. Pages printed on heavy weight cardstock paper in full color.Binding shows only very light wear, and some rubbing around edges. For age this is a wonderfully preserved copy.
