The superb Oxford Diecast 1/72 scale diecast De Havilland D.H.82 Tiger Moth, G-ANOH, one of the 3 aircraft that flew from England to Russia & back in 1989 to celebrate "Glasnost", or the thawing of relations between East & West. Oxford's comments on the full set: This set of legendary De Havilland Tiger Moths comprises three authentic aircraft that made a historic flight from England to Russia and back in April 1989, marking a step forward in Anglo-Russian relations. The three aircraft and their crew arrived safely back in England on 27th April 1989 after a round trip of 5000 miles with 33 stops during the three-week adventure. The model is split from Oxford Diecast's "Glasmoth" set of 3, (Oxford no.72TM004), & can be displayed on the ground, or in flying mode with the display stand provided. The plane measures read more
